United in Purpose and Action, Building the Future Together—The Inaugural Meeting of the Qiu Shi Spectrum Trade Union and the First Session of the First Employee Congress Conclude Successfully

On March 27, Jilin Qiushi Spectrum Data Technology Co., Ltd. held the inaugural meeting of its trade union and the first session of the first employee congress, marking a new step in the company’s democratic management.

The Preparatory Committee provided a comprehensive report on all aspects of the preparations for establishing the trade union, including the establishment of the organizational structure, the formulation of rules and regulations, and the democratic selection of candidates. Each agenda item was rigorously conducted in strict accordance with the requirements of the Trade Union Law and the Constitution of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, thereby ensuring the legality and fairness of the trade union’s establishment.

During the election of members of the Trade Union Committee, the Preparatory Committee outlined the eligibility criteria for candidates and, through a competitive, secret-ballot election, elected the inaugural members of the Trade Union Committee. The newly elected representatives solemnly pledged to faithfully uphold employees’ rights and interests, promote harmonious enterprise development, serve as a bridge between employees and the company, and build a warm, dynamic home for all staff.

The company’s management presented a report on the current state of business operations and future plans, and outlined the trade union’s positioning and role in the company’s development. In addition, the management addressed each employee proposal related to the establishment of the trade union and overall corporate operations, covering key areas such as benefit enhancements, professional training, and improvements to the work environment. Chairman Yao Zhihai emphasized that the trade union serves as a vital bridge between management and employees and must therefore be distinctive; above all, it must effectively safeguard employees’ rights and interests, thereby laying a solid foundation for fostering a positive corporate culture.
